day 30. it’s done.

So the 30 day GTM-OS challenge closes today and i am sitting here a little stunned at what came out of it. I went in thinking i’d ship a scrappy clay clone. maybe a qualifier and a scraper. instead the thing grew into > 20 skills, 7 providers, a full multi-variant campaign engine, a qualification pipeline with 7 gates, a dashboard, an intelligence store that learns from every campaign, background agents on launchd. It kept compounding on itself. Every skill made the next one cheaper to build.
I am not going to pretend this was the plan. it wasn’t. The plan was much smaller. Somewhere around day 10 the compounding kicked in and i just kept going.

Closing move was done yesterday with a linkedin post announcing the end of the challenge by using GTM-OS to actually announce the project to every single person who engaged with the series. likers, commenters, post viewers. From my terminal with a voice note.
The DMs sent are the announcement. The recipient is being touched by the product they watched get built.
I’ve been thinking about this for 2 weeks. It’s the only closing move that makes sense. You don’t end a build in public series with a slide. You end it by letting the thing you built talk to the people who watched.

I know i said i’d push the code at the end of 30 days. I’m not going to. Not because i’m flaking, the opposite. There’s too much in there to throw over the wall raw. So i’m onboarding a small group manually first. Breaking it. Fixing it. Then pushing. probably mid next week.
If you want a seat in that early group reply to this email with “in”.

What this means if you’re building a company right now. I think this is the part that matters most and i want to say it plainly. One human with claude code and a 30 day deadline just shipped what would have been a seed funded engineering team’s roadmap last year.
If you are building a company in 2026 and you are still planning around “we need to hire 4 engineers” or “we need to pick a vendor for X”, you are operating on 2023 economics. The cost of building has collapsed. The bottleneck moved. It’s now taste, deadlines, and how well you architect the loop.
The founders who internalize this are going to look like they have superpowers next to the ones who don’t. i mean that seriously. the gap is going to be brutal.
Important learning, the agentic loop is real. When you have skills that call other skills that call other skills, your throughput as a single human stops mapping to hours worked. It maps to how well you architected the loop. I built more in 30 days than i built in the previous 6 months. i wasn’t working harder. the compounding was working harder.

On our side we’re currently moving all our client operation to Yalc (yupp Clay in revers ;) might get a lawsuit soon).
Next week live onboarding session, register here.
Day 30 of 30. Thanks for watching this one with me :).
