one slack message = outreach campaign
Hello legend,
There’s a version of me from a year ago who would not believe this email…
That version opened Lemlist, walked through 5 forms, wrote a couple sequence steps by hand, set up the sending schedule, and copy pasted enriched contacts in one by one.
And when the campaign was finally live, the sharp idea I had that morning had gone cold along with my brown drink.
See, that version of me doesn’t exist anymore, and got replaced by 4 Slack messages.
C’mon, that shouldn’t sound insane because i’ve been flooding your inbox with things like this recently :)
Well, let me give you a glance of what happened this morning…
I opened Slack, DMed my GTM agent, and typed exactly what was in my head: “Series A HR tech, US, hired a CRO in the last 30 days. 2 step LinkedIn, 3 step email.”
That’s it! As messy as it reads, that’s the whole brief.
A minute later, a full campaign preview landed back in the thread, ICP summary, sequence steps for 3 different personas because a VP doesn’t read the same pitch as an IC, contact count, send schedule, all of it sitting there waiting for one thing…
My thumbs up ;)
I read it, fixed one line that felt off, reacted with 👍, and the campaign shipped straight into Lemlist as a draft, ready to launch the second I wanted it to.
4 messages! My brown drink was still warm this time.
Nobody touched a CSV or opened multiple tabs. The agent sourced, enriched, wrote, and waited for my approval before anything went near a prospect’s inbox.
I built this because I was tired of having sharp ideas that died somewhere between my brain and a UI.
If you want the same agent running in your own Slack, I put together a free resource where you’ll find:
The Claude Code agent itself, open source, wired and documented, a 15 minute walkthrough showing the whole thing end to end, and a free Lemlist trial so you can run it yourself without blockers.
In your corner,
Othmane
PS: we opened 2 spots for next month to run your whole GTM motion. Content/Outreach/Ads. Answer “GTM” to this email if you want to learn more.
