I open sourced a clay alternative and 2,000 people wanted access to it.
I hosted a live onboarding session Yesterday but forgot Google Meet has a hard cap of 100 people. We hit it 4-minutes after the start...
People were getting locked out mid-join and i am sorry for that.
If you were in the room you know what went down. If you got locked out, here’s everything you need:
1-Watch the full replay — entire session, every question answered live, start to finish.
2- Clone YALC on GitHub — repo is public. readme walks you through onboarding, API providers, setup. you can be live in an afternoon. (Don’t forget to Start it :).
I’m not keeping the replay up forever so watch it soon.

YALC is Clay spelled backwards and that’s exactly what it does. Instead of paying $1000+/month across 10 different GTM tools and spend 30 hours per month to build campaigns, qualify leads, and send outreach, you drop a single prompt into Claude Code and it runs the whole execution layer for you using the best in Classe data providers (all offer a free trial).
One prompt. One terminal. Your own API keys. No middleman UI charging you per action.
This is (for us) and i hope will be for you the state of the art operating system to run go to market.

During the live i built a full outreach campaign from scratch in front of 100 people in real time targeting 10 chief revenue officers at European B2B SaaS companies who started their role in the last 6 months.
Found them, qualified them, scored them and wrote 3 campaign variants.
I then sent a real LinkedIn connection request. live. on camera. then went on the person’s profile and showed the “pending” status.

Now here’s the thing. During the live yesterday about 20 people asked me the same question: “why are you giving this away for free? you should charge for this.”
Fair point. But YALC is the engine. Knowing how to actually operate an AI-native GTM stack is a different skill entirely.
The repo gives you the tools. It doesn’t give you the 30 months we spent figuring out what works, what breaks, and how to architect campaigns that actually convert working with dozens of B2B saas companies (delivering in 2025 over $25m in pipeline opportunities with sales qualified leads leading to > $8M in closed won deals for our clients).
So yes, YALC stays free. But we’re launching an AI native GTM engineering program where we walk you through how we actually run this internally. The open source project is the tip of the iceberg. The program is everything underneath.
One more thing.
To keep the conversation going about YALC i’m opening a private community (invite only). If you want in, reply “IN” and i’ll send the invite when it’s ready.

2,000 people wanted access and you’re one of the first through the door. go build something.
👊
O.
ps: To whoever refreshed the Google Meet link for 45 minutes straight trying to get in i owe you one. Next time pinky promise i’m renting a bigger room.
